Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the item has been used. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within a few hours of delivery with a photo and video of the problem.

With liquid glue: approximately 20 days. With adhesive tabs/stickers: approximately 1–3 days. Results may vary depending on prep and care. Remember — these are a luxury accessory, not tools.

After applying your press-ons, avoid water for 1 hour (adhesive tabs) or 2 hours (liquid glue). After that, resume your normal routine!

If you remove any glue residue, wash them carefully, and store them in their case, you can reuse them as many times as you'd like! Proper care is key.
