1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
2. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the item has been used. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within a few hours of delivery with a photo and video of the problem.
3. How do I apply press-on nails?
Visit my social media pages for helpful video tutorials with step-by-step visual guidance. You can find all my links at the bottom of this page.
4. How long do press-on nails last?
With liquid glue: approximately 20 days. With adhesive tabs/stickers: approximately 1–3 days. Results may vary depending on prep and care. Remember — these are a luxury accessory, not tools.
5. How do I find my size?
I have helpful sizing videos on my social media — check them out! If you're still unsure, feel free to send me a DM or message me directly and I'll be happy to help.
6. Can I get my hands wet?
After applying your press-ons, avoid water for 1 hour (adhesive tabs) or 2 hours (liquid glue). After that, resume your normal routine!
7. How many times can I reuse them?
If you remove any glue residue, wash them carefully, and store them in their case, you can reuse them as many times as you'd like! Proper care is key.

9. What if I chose the wrong size?
